Wild Child Catering – Cookies & Slices Terms & Conditions

1. Ordering & Turnaround Times

• All cookie and slice orders require a minimum 7-day turnaround unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Your order is not confirmed until full payment has been received.

• Peak periods (Christmas, holidays, large event weeks) may require longer preparation times.

2. Custom Orders

• Custom flavours, colours, packaging options, or personalised requests can be arranged.

• For all custom-order enquiries, please use the contact form provided on the website.

• Quotes depend on ingredients, design complexity, time required, and availability.

3. Product Suitability for Postage

• Some slice varieties may not be eligible for postage due to their ingredients (e.g., soft fillings, heat-sensitive toppings, fresh cream, or products prone to melting).

• If a product is unsuitable for shipping, you will be contacted with alternative options such as:

  • A different slice flavour

  • Local pick-up or delivery

  • A refund for that product

4. Shipping, Handling & Delivery

• Orders are packed with care to ensure they arrive safely; however, once an order is handed to Australia Post or the chosen courier, Wild Child Catering is not liable for:

  • Delays

  • Damage in transit

  • Lost parcels

  • Weather-related issues

  • Parcels left unattended

• Customers accepting postage accept all associated risks with sending home-cooked goods through the postal system.

• Tracking information is provided where applicable.

5. Allergies & Dietary Information

• All products are made in a home kitchen that may contain traces of:

  gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, nuts, sesame, chocolate, coconut and other allergens.

• While every effort is made to avoid cross-contamination, Wild Child Catering cannot guarantee allergy-free items.

6. Cancellations & Changes

• Cancellations with more than 72 hours’ notice may be refunded at owner discretion.

• Cancellations within 72 hours of pickup/postage are non-refundable due to preparation time and ingredient costs.

• Any requested changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

7. Quality & Storage

• Cookies and slices are best consumed within 3–5 days of receiving.

• Store in an airtight container in a cool spot away from direct sunlight.

• Some items freeze well — check the product notes or ask if unsure.
